Delivery
How Delivery Works
We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area, with free delivery on orders over $199 CAD. For addresses outside the GTA, or for large commercial and hotel orders, contact our team for a delivery quote and timeline before you order.
Prefer to see a fixture in person first? Every item on our site is on display, or available to view, at our Brampton showroom — our team can also help you choose the right size and finish before delivery.
Returns
Returns & Replacements
If a fixture arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, contact us with your Order ID and we'll sort out a repair, replacement or return. We also carry replacement crystal components for existing chandeliers, so a fixture's beauty can outlast trends.
